DecisionStat was founded to assist organizations in developing the information they need to make effective people-related decisions.  Our focus is on the whole organization, both employees and customers.  We believe that an organization's success hinges on harnessing the full capabilities of employees, effectively meeting customer needs, and taking action that adds value to the organization.

 

DecisionStat is a multi-service human resource and business consulting firm.  DecisionStat provides a variety of business services including human resource development and training programs, survey research including customer and employee satisfaction surveys, human resource program evaluation, performance review and management system design, and economic evaluation (ROI) of human resource programs.

Experience

DecisionStat brings over 20 years of experience consulting with public and private organizations.  Our customers have included Prudential Financial Services, FEI Behavioral Health, Kimberly-Clark, DuPont, Halliburton, Inc., Conoco, Inc., Del Papa Distributing, City of League City Texas, Johnson Space Center, City of Alvin Texas, and the United States Air Force.

Over the past five years DecisionStat has been extensively involved in projects to ensure companies are getting the highest quality and value from their managed behavioral health benefits and employee assistance programs.
