Kirk C. Harlow, Dr.P.H. is president and founder of DecisionStat.  Kirk has over twenty years of experience in organizational consultation, training, and research.  Kirk's work has ranged from providing supervisory training for the U.S. Postal Service to the statistical analysis of health claims to identify potential areas for cost savings.  He served for fifteen years on the faculty of the University of Houston-Clear Lake School of Business and Public Administration, chairing the Human Resource Management Graduate Program for a number of years.  He was Assistant Director of Executive Education at Rice University prior to joining the University of Houston-Clear Lake.  He has published numerous articles on human resources management.
